Mandate Manager Pension Fund

For our client, we are looking for an experienced specialist for the independent management and administration of pension fund mandates in the field of occupational pension schemes (2nd pillar). The focus is on the support and administration of 1e collective foundations. Corresponding practical experience is mandatory.

Framework conditions:

• Location: Zürich
• Workload: 80–100 %
• Remote share: Up to 40 %
• Experience level: Senior, more than 5 years of professional experience

Tasks:

• Independent management and support of pension fund mandates
• Administration of 1e collective foundations
• Processing of the entire day-to-day business in actuarial and administrative management
• Processing of entries and exits, salary mutations, buy-ins, WEF withdrawals, divorces, and retirements, as well as death and disability cases
• Execution of benefit and contribution calculations
• Support of insured persons as well as internal and external stakeholders
• Participation in projects and specialist groups

Mandatory requirements:

• Completed commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience in occupational pension schemes (2nd pillar)
• Sound practical experience in the support and administration of autonomous pension funds
• Experience in the administration of 1e collective foundations
• Experience in the independent management of complex pension fund mandates
• Very good German and English skills or German and French skills or German and Italian skills in speaking and writing
• Independent and precise way of working
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Sound experience with administration systems for pension funds

Advantageous:

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Occupational Benefits or comparable further training
