The company employs around 80 employees and is one of the leading producers in Switzerland with apple juices, spritzers, ciders, and innovative beverage specialties. As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for an entrepreneurially thinking and leadership-strong personality as Managing Director (100%) In close cooperation with the management and the board of directors, you will actively shape the next development phase of Mosterei Möhl AG and thus secure the market and competitive position in the long term. You will bear the overall entrepreneurial responsibility and lead sales directly. In doing so, you will further develop the sales and market cultivation strategy and maintain personal contact with important customers and business partners. You will promote an open, appreciative, and performance-oriented corporate culture, create the conditions for sustainable growth, and ensure the implementation of strategic goals. Additionally, you will represent the company to associations, authorities, and other stakeholder groups. Entrepreneurial leadership with sales responsibility You have a solid business education and several years of experience as a managing director or in a comparable leadership position with comprehensive leadership and results responsibility. Proven successes in leading and developing sales as well as experience in the areas of brand management, key account management, and corporate development are central. You are familiar with the food, beverage, or consumer goods industry and understand its markets, customers, and distribution channels. You act in a decision-friendly, market- and customer-oriented manner and inspire people to work towards common goals. You identify with the values of a traditional family business.
