What you can achieve

In this versatile role, you will accompany and support our residents individually and in an orientation to resources in everyday life. As a key person, you promote their self-determination and, together with the team, shape a varied living and leisure routine. In doing so, you work appreciatively with relatives, legal representatives, and specialists. If you want to take on responsibility and actively help shape the quality of life of our residents, you are in the right place with us.

Your tasks - versatile and meaningful

• Care, accompaniment, and individual support of the residents in everyday life
• Co-shaping of a varied living and leisure routine
• Key person work
• Collaboration in departments and co-shaping of team and residential area topics
• Performance of everyday tasks together with the residents, involving their resources
• Appreciative cooperation with relatives and legal representatives
• Assumption of organizational and administrative tasks
• Participation in team meetings, specialist discussions, and further training
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external specialists

What you bring with you

• Completion as a Specialist in Care EFZ or comparable training
• Experience in accompanying people with physical and multiple disabilities is an advantage
• Willingness to work irregular hours and on-call duties
• Further training as a vocational trainer is an advantage or the willingness to complete the course
• Teamwork skills, resilience, flexibility, creativity, and humor
• Resource-oriented, reflective, and reliable way of working
