Internal Sales Clerk 60-100

For our client, an established Swiss production company, we are looking for an engaged and service-oriented personality for internal sales, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Do you enjoy working independently, maintain an overview even with several ongoing orders, and appreciate direct contact with customers? Then a versatile position awaits you, in which you form an important interface between customers, sales, and internal departments.
Your tasks

• Independent processing and coordination of orders and customer requests
• Receipt and processing of customer inquiries and complaints
• Coordination and timely provision of customer information
• Maintenance and control of customer master data and prices
• Assumption of general administrative and organizational tasks in the back office
• Support of the sales team in daily business

Your profile

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Professional experience in internal sales
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good French skills, Italian skills are an additional plus
• Confident handling of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
• Structured, independent and efficient way of working
• Customer-oriented, communicative and reliable personality
• Team spirit, solution orientation and a good understanding of numbers
