Draftsperson EFZ Architecture ------------------------ For an established architecture office in Northwest Switzerland, we are looking for a Draftsperson EFZ specialization Architecture (m/f/d) with excellent ArchiCAD skills (80-100 %). Are you an experienced draftsperson with a passion for high-quality, individual construction projects? Are you looking for a committed role in which you implement projects with an eye for detail and precision -- always in compliance with current building regulations and SIA standards. Your tasks: • Support and creation of construction projects from the first idea to implementation. • Drawing of plans in all construction phases and ensuring seamless transitions between the phases. • Carrying out plan checks to ensure highest quality standards and compliance with regulations. • Supporting the construction management and contributing to the efficient implementation of the construction projects. Your profile: • Completed training as Zeichner EFZ Architektur or Hochbauzeichner. • Extensive experience as a draftsperson with ArchiCAD. • Good knowledge of the Swiss construction industry, building regulations and SIA standards. • Strong attention to detail, precision and communication skills. • Confident German in spoken and written form.
