Specialist in Charge of Nursing Child-Spitex

For a modern Spitex organization in the Basel region, we are looking for a committed nursing professional HF/FH with experience in child-Spitex. In this responsible function, you will take on case responsibility in the pediatric environment and professionally and empathetically accompany children, adolescents, and their families in the home environment.

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a nursing professional HF/FH
• Several years of professional experience in nursing
• Experience in the pediatric environment is an advantage
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Enjoyment of organizational and administrative activities
• Good IT user skills
• Ability to competently assess nursing situations
• Willingness for assignments by bicycle
• Team-oriented and empathetic personality

Tasks ##

• Responsibility for the control and coordination of the nursing process
• Determination of nursing needs as well as creation and maintenance of the electronic nursing documentation
• Execution of nursing assignments at clients' homes
• Professional guidance and support of employees in complex nursing situations
• Cooperation with interdisciplinary specialist offices and relatives
• Participation in the further development of the Child-Spitex area
• Ensuring a high quality of care in the outpatient environment
• Planable assignments in day and evening shifts without night shifts
