In the Swisscom Digital Workspace team, you will shape the internal workplace for over 25'000 employees. You will drive initiatives from idea to implementation. In doing so, you keep user needs, technical requirements, and economic aspects in balance. Together with Architecture, Engineering, and Security, you implement projects agilely, independently, and with clear impact.

• Further development of the internal workplace with Architecture, Engineering, and Security
• Prioritization and coordination of various topics with Product Owners
• Risk analysis, derivation of measures, as well as coordination and support of their implementation
• Level-appropriate communication with internal stakeholders
• Taking over strategic and conceptual work

Your Skills

• Degree (Uni/FH/HF) in Computer Science or an equivalent degree
• Several years of experience in the environment of modern workplace solutions
• Strength in the project management of large and complex IT projects
• Good technical understanding; knowledge in Compliance, Security, and Architecture is an advantage
• Analytical and conceptual thinker
• Experienced in working with stakeholders and level-appropriate communication
• Structured, proactive, and team-oriented
• Routine in the use of tools with artificial intelligence
• Very good German and English
