As a caretaker, you play a key role: You keep everything in shape, ensure a well-maintained environment, and are the first contact person for our customers on site. Your main tasks: Ensuring smooth, innovative, and economical customer care and service provision in the object to be maintained Technical rounds Operation and maintenance of systems Initial intervention in the event of fault and damage reports Execution of measures within your own area of responsibility Signing reports, invoice control, and accounting documentation Planning of regular maintenance work, control, and documentation Performing on-call duty Your profile: Completed vocational training as Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ or technical basic training in the field of maintenance Professional experience in a similar function Manual dexterity and enjoyment of practical work Proficient IT skills Stylistically secure German skills in speaking and writing Structured and independent way of working Ready for us?
