Job description
The Tagesstrukturen of the municipality of Ennetbaden are an important part of the family and school-supplementary care offering. Around 20 employees ensure professional, reliable and child-friendly care for around 230 children from kindergarten to 6th grade at two locations. To complement our dedicated team, we are looking for an upbeat and motivated personality as a Social Pedagogue (60 %) as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement. Your tasks:

Professional support of the care team in daily group life
Promotion of the individual and social development of the children
Cooperation with the school and school social work in consultation with the management
Co-responsibility for the implementation of the pedagogical concept and its further development
Support of the group leaders in managing the children's groups as well as independent management during their absences
Co-design and implementation of the daily and leisure program as well as holiday activities
You bring with you:

Training in social pedagogy, social work or childhood pedagogy HF/FH
Several years of professional experience in a comparable environment
Good administrative and organizational skills as well as proficient handling of IT
Open, empathetic and communicative nature to engage with the children, the parents and the team and to support them with socio-pedagogical issues
