Business Analyst Digital Onboarding

Tasks

• Development of a modular, scalable platform for digital onboarding, product opening, and selected lifecycle processes for Digital Banking
• End-to-end conception and implementation of digital onboarding processes for corporate clients on this platform
• End-to-end conception of digital onboarding and product opening processes

for corporate clients (various legal forms)

• Analysis and optimization of existing processes (as-is recording, pain points, efficiency and UX potential)
• Modeling of target processes (e.g., BPMN), development of variants and

decision logic

• Elaboration of functional requirements (processes, rules, data) and conception of corporate client-specific aspects
• Definition of the integration of components such as identification, KYC/AML, risk assessment, digital signature, document processes
• Close cooperation with UX, IT architecture, development, compliance and business departments to ensure feasibility and regulatory compliance
• Support of prioritization and decision-making (variant comparisons, business impact, risk/effort estimation)
• Contribution to the development of reusable, modular process components and reference models for further journeys

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Engineer in the Digital Banking environment
• Very good skills in business and requirements engineering (E2E processes, functional concepts, cooperation with UX)
• Demonstrable project experience in digital onboarding and product opening processes
• Sound knowledge of KYC/AML/AML for corporate clients (incl. bodies, beneficial owners, powers of attorney/authorizations)
• Very good German skills
