Financial Manager - Valais

Our client, operating in a complex and demanding environment, is looking for a Financial Manager to strengthen its Finance Department.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage all financial and analytical accounting.
• Supervise general accounting, accounts payable, fixed assets, and invoicing activities.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and multi-year financial plans.
• Prepare reporting and analyses for Management and governance bodies.
• Collaborate closely with Controlling and various internal and external interlocutors.
• Manage a team of unit managers.
• Support the evolution of accounting processes and practices.

Your profile:

• Higher education in finance/accounting: Expert in finance & controlling, Chartered Accountant, or Federal Diploma.
• Solid experience in a similar function, with managerial experience.
• Fluent French and good knowledge of German are indispensable.
• Excellent mastery of Swiss accounting standards.
• Assertive leadership, ability to unite and support change.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills.
