Klinik Arlesheim is a leading center for integrative medicine. For over 100 years, we have successfully combined conventional medicine with Anthroposophical medicine. The medicine is supplemented by comprehensive therapies and individual care.

In an inpatient setting, we care for around 90 patients in the areas of oncology, internal medicine, and psychiatry. Our offering is supplemented by an oncological day clinic and other outpatient services such as general practitioner medicine and nine specialist outpatient clinics. We are there for our patients around the clock, whether in our 24/7 emergency department with walk-in and Intermediate Care (IMC/monitoring station) or through acute medical care at home (Spital zuhause).

Connected to our pharmacies (hospital and public pharmacy), we produce medicines in our own medicinal product laboratory with careful manual work according to GMP-small quantities guidelines.

To complement our nursing team for inpatient oncology and specialized palliative care, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson 40-80% starting immediately.

Your tasks ##

• Professional and person-centered care and support of our patients in the field of specialized palliative care and integrative oncology
• Organization and implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic prescriptions, including administration of chemo- and immunotherapies, expanded by external applications such as compresses/applications and rhythmic rubs according to Wegman/Hauschka
• Participation in the supervision of apprentices and students in the department
• Goal- and solution-oriented cooperation in an interdisciplinary treatment team
• Deployment in 3-shift operation

You bring ##

You have completed professional training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF and are open to our integrative treatment and therapy concept. In this sense, you bring interest in Anthroposophical nursing and medicine. You have an empathetic and appreciative way of dealing with patients as well as their relatives. Likewise, you value a team-oriented and interprofessional way of working. You are aware of your own role and possess the ability for situation-appropriate action and behavior. Ideally, you have experience in oncology nursing or in the palliative care field.
