For the Innovation and Development division, we are looking for a committed personality at the headquarters in Wasen, effective immediately or by arrangement, as:

Head of Quality 80-100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Functional and personnel leadership of quality management in the area of Quality Hand Tools (QHT)
• Application and continuous further development of quality methods including risk assessments at product and process levels
• Planning and implementation of the internal and external audit program as well as supplier audits
• Support, maintenance, and targeted further development of the ISO management system
• Further development of the quality management system as a strategic management tool
• Identification and sustainable processing of quality problems and complaints, including root cause analysis and effectiveness verification
• Development of testing strategies and testing concepts for existing as well as new products
• Quality-side support of development projects including investigations on prototypes and zero series
• Competent contact and sparring partner for metalworking employees regarding quality-relevant questions
• Promotion and sustainable anchoring of a pronounced quality awareness within the company

Your profile

• Mandatory completed technical-mechanical basic training with higher education at university of applied sciences level
• Further training in quality management or a comparable qualification
• Profound knowledge in materials science, especially in the area of steel and steel processing
• Several years of experience in quality management and in the quality assurance of consumer goods
• Very good knowledge of common quality standards and quality methods
• Pronounced analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Enthusiasm for premium products and high-quality hand tools «100% Swiss Made»
• High customer orientation, flexibility, and pronounced team spirit
• Love for detail and a sharpened eye for optimization and improvement potential
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
