Then we are looking precisely for you! ### Main tasks • Advising and supporting specialized departments in the development of proposals and requirement documents for the development of their processes and applications • Collection, analysis and documentation of business requirements as well as their translation into feasible IT requirements, including facilitating workshops and coordination between specialized departments, service management and external suppliers • Ensuring the economic and quality implementation of requirements in collaboration with application managers and external suppliers • Identification of cross-cutting potential for digitalization, automation and synergy as well as development of sustainable solution approaches • Accompanying projects throughout the entire solution life cycle, from requirement collection to testing and validation, up to implementation and training • Participation in strategic digitalization and transformation projects as well as support in the development of project initiatives, business cases and decision documents • Supporting the Business Analysis cluster in the professionalization of working methods, processes and tools Profile • University or university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor and/or Master) preferably with a background in business administration and/or technical studies or comparable training • At least four years of experience in performing business analyses or requirement collection as well as their translation into technical specifications, preferably in different fields or sectors • Excellent ability to work in a team as well as a strong interest in processes and digitalization topics • Interest in learning about subjects related to financial market supervision as well as willingness, if necessary, to tackle other themes • Great capacity for understanding as well as a good sense of the differences and collaboration between specialized departments and IT • Communication adapted to all levels as well as an engaging attitude and the ability to adequately manage difficult situations • Experience with agile working methods (SAFe, Scrum) is an asset • Very good knowledge of German (C2) as well as good knowledge of French and English (B1) is an advantage Perspectives Janine Barrios will be pleased to provide you with further information.
