Your responsibilities ##

At Green, you will take global responsibility for the project control of our data center and campus projects, ensuring precise and efficient financial management. Your main tasks include:

• Prepare project reports for internal stakeholders, management, investors and banks.
• Establish budgets, forecasts and cost control at all construction phases in close collaboration with the Construction department.
• Develop the project control team and optimize methods, systems and tools with a strong focus on automation and efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional projects within the control environment to promote innovative solutions and processes.
• Act as a thought partner to management on all financial matters related to projects in order to support informed decision-making.

Your profile ##

• Solid training in business management, ideally with a Swiss Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting or an equivalent qualification.
• At least five years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in the construction sector.
• Experience in functional or hierarchical management of employees is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for numbers and a structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills, assertive personality, results-oriented and leadership potential.
• Knowledge of Abacus and BI tools is an asset.
• Proficiency in German and English at C1 level or higher.
