Application Engineer Support (w/m/d)

In your mission, you will thrive with:

• Technical consulting and support for our customers regarding the SOLIDWORKS CAD and 3DExperience product portfolio
• Processing of support requests and design of proposed solutions
• Documentation of all customer processes in the ticketing system
• Installations, upgrades and onboardings of software applications
• Conducting basic training for SOLIDWORKS and 3DExperience

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Completed technical training (designer, degree in mechanical engineering)
• Design experience with SOLIDWORKS is an advantage
• Project-oriented working
• Strong communication skills and high customer and service orientation
• German as native language, very good English skills as well as solid French skills
