We are looking for the following profile for one of our clients: Technical Sales Advisor (M/F) - Permanent position # Your mission: Ensure the follow-up of existing customers and advise them on the most suitable technical solutions (pumps, spare parts, energy efficiency, sizing). Prepare commercial offers and ensure order follow-up. Perform regular visits to customers in order to develop and maintain a relationship of trust. Guarantee quality after-sales service, particularly regarding technical advice and the sale of spare parts. Support customers in resolving technical issues. Advise customers on maintenance contracts, modernizations, and technical adaptations of installations Your profile: CFC (or training deemed equivalent) as a mechanic, sanitary installer, or electrician. Experience in the field of pumps is a real asset. Failing that, confirmed experience of 3 to 4 years in the sanitary or mechanical field is required. Very good knowledge of German (ideally bilingual French/German) in order to prepare offers and ensure exchanges with customers. Interpersonal skills, sense of service, and excellent communication. Autonomous, organized, and customer-oriented person. Driving license indispensable.
