Project Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Manage several construction sites and projects from their preparation until their handover
• Plan human resources, materials, and supplies
• Ensure the technical, organizational, and financial monitoring of projects
• Coordinate teams and guarantee compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality
• Be the primary contact for clients and ensure their satisfaction
• Identify modifications during the project and ensure their follow-up
• Supervise, support, and develop construction site teams
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality, and internal procedures
• Ensure the administrative monitoring of construction sites and reporting

Profile

• CFC in the field of electricity, a federal mastery is an asset
• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management or technical construction sites
• Excellent organizational, planning, and coordination skills
• Natural leadership and ability to supervise teams
• Dynamic, rigorous, and solution-oriented personality
• Very good command of French, another language is an asset
• Mastery of standard IT tools
