For the areas of Home Treatment as well as the Central Registration of the Klinik für Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie, Psychosomatik und Psychotherapie, we are looking for you as a Social Worker 80-100% immediately or by arrangement In the Klinik für Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie, Psychosomatik und Psychotherapie (Clinic Director Dr. med. Bernardon), children and adolescents up to the age of 18 are treated. The integrated treatment offering of the clinic includes an outpatient area with a central outpatient clinic as well as four outpatient clinics distributed across the canton, a consultation and liaison service, and an inpatient area with an acute ward, two psychotherapy wards, a day clinic, and a clinic school. Clinical professionals from the fields of medicine, psychology, nursing, and social pedagogy work in the teams, and in the clinic school, teachers and special education teachers work. The Klinik für Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie, Psychosomatik und Psychotherapie is a teaching hospital of the Universität Zürich and a certified training center Category A. Profile You have a Bachelor of Arts from a university of applied sciences in Social Work or an equivalent qualification. Further training in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry, child protection, mandate management, or systemic counseling is desired You bring professional experience in a similar or comparable environment and have experience in the field of children and adolescents You are open-minded and empathetic, enjoy working in a solution-oriented manner in a team, and convince through your reliability, good organization, and flexibility You hold a Category B driving license and are willing to actively visit families in the Kanton Aargau using a service vehicle You speak and write German at least at C1 level and have very good communication skills. Your handling of common Office applications is proficient Tasks Among other things, you work outreach in an interdisciplinary team in the counseling of mentally ill children, adolescents, and their families on behalf of the case-managing therapists You represent social work expertise in the multiprofessional treatment team Cooperation and networking with authorities, offices, and institutions Independent coordination of assistance services in cooperation with institutions, authorities, mandate holders, and relatives with the goal of limiting the disadvantageous consequences of a mental illness Search for suitable follow-up solutions as well as discharge planning in cooperation with the patients and other persons Initiating support and/or protective measures in child protection cases Benefits Our employees are the heart of our company.
