Healthcare Specialist (m/f/d) Day Services

Das Gässliacker is a medium-sized center for aging and health with around 130 employees. We care for and support 81 residents in the nursing home and up to 15 day guests in day care. Furthermore, we offer 60 senior apartments with services. The modern infrastructure, our diverse garden facilities, and the beautiful location complement our services. To strengthen our nursing team, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a Healthcare Specialist (m/f/d) Day Services Your tasks: • Caring for and supporting the residents in all day services • Correct maintenance and updating of the nursing documentation • Co-responsibility for quality assurance according to interRAI LTCF • Supporting the qualified nursing staff in their tasks • Taking over day responsibility • Executing and complying with medical prescriptions • Vocational trainer for our AGS and FaGe apprentices or assisting in their training What you bring with you: • Training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ or equivalent/recognized training • Joy in interacting with experienced, care-dependent elderly people • Commitment, motivation, and the willingness to take on responsibility • High social competence, flexibility, and reliability • Good communication skills as well as humor • Good PC user skills If you want to pull on the same rope as us, you are exactly right with us!
