In order to support its development, we are looking for an experienced Manager in fiduciary called upon to play a key role both with clients and in the evolution of the team.

Job Description ##

• Manage a portfolio of accounting and financial mandates, ensuring regular follow-up of files ;
• Prepare and review accounts in order to provide reliable financial information ;
• Establish closings and financial statements in compliance with agreed deadlines ;
• Coordinate the preparation of tax returns related to the mandates followed ;
• Advise client(s) on accounting and financial subjects relating to their files ;
• Organize work priorities in order to ensure smooth processing of requests ;
• Control the quality of documents and data before their transmission ;
• Ensure clear communication with client(s) and stakeholders of the mandates.

The Successful Applicant ##

• You master the accounting and financial activities related to mandate management ;
• You know how to prepare closings and analyze financial statements ;
• You are comfortable with the follow-up of tax files ;
• You have good practice in relationships with a professional clientele ;
• You organize your priorities methodically in order to respect deadlines ;
• You communicate with clarity both in writing and orally.
