We are a team of individualists, hosts and visionaries. For our charming 4* Nevada hotel, we are looking for enthusiastic support at the reception. Strengthen our team within the framework of a seasonal fixed-term contract - either starting now AND/OR for the next winter season (end of November to beginning of May 2027). You are the face of our establishment and the first personal link with our guests. From the moment our guests enter the lobby until their departure, it is you who lay the foundation for an unforgettable stay and who ensure the feeling of carefree "home" in our hotel. Your field of activity: • Warm welcome: you manage check-ins and check-outs with confidence and accompany our guests through their holidays with charm. • Competent advice: whether it is the perfect ski run, hiking routes, well-being or booking in the ZEGG restaurants - you advise with expertise and enthusiasm. • Organizational talent: you fulfill special requests, organize transfers and are the central point of contact for all concerns. • Administrative strength: you manage guest files, ensure correspondence and guarantee smooth coordination between departments. • Team spirit: in the ZEGG family, we remain united. Your commitment creates a lively atmosphere at the reception, appreciated as much by our guests as by our colleagues. What you bring: • A completed training in hospitality and/or solid experience at the reception, ideally in holiday hospitality. • Joy of direct contact with guests and a confident and neat presentation. • Ability to work in a team, flexibility and resistance to stress to maintain an overview even during busy arrival days in high season. • A positive attitude and the passion not only to meet expectations, but to exceed them. • Very good knowledge of German and English (other languages are a plus).
