Project Lead / Solution Engineer (w/m/d) Part-time/Full-time

We are not looking for a classic project manager and not a pure Solution Engineer or Business Analyst. We are looking for a technical generalist who understands business requirements, develops pragmatic solutions from them, and drives their implementation together with specialist departments, IT, and external partners.

What you achieve ##

• You analyze business requirements together with the specialist departments and develop pragmatic, implementable solution concepts from them
• You design and realize digitalization and automation initiatives along the corporate strategy
• You lead small to medium-sized transformation and digitalization projects and are responsible for budget, scope, quality, and implementation success (incl. Business Case)
• You coordinate and control external partners, service providers, as well as internal stakeholders from Business and IT (also external tenders if required)
• You conduct workshops, requirements analyses, and decision-making processes
• You evaluate new technologies, Cloud-Services, AI applications, and digital platforms with regard to their added value for the company
• You develop into a central contact person for the IT landscape and support the team with deputy roles and operational tasks

What you bring ##

• You work independently, solution-oriented, and pragmatically and implement projects with high implementation strength
• You convince through analytical thinking, networked action, and strong stakeholder management competence. In doing so, you successfully bring Business and IT together
• You have several years of experience in the areas of Solution Engineering, Business Analysis, digitalization, and project management
• You bring a broad understanding of modern IT architectures as well as their interaction in the corporate environment
• You have experience with APIs, interfaces, integrations, as well as (AWS) Cloud and SaaS solutions
• You have knowledge in data management, data models, and analytics; Power BI is an advantage
• You know current AI technologies and recognize their potential for business processes and automation
• You master methods such as Requirements Engineering, process management, and project management
• You communicate confidently in German and English and convince through your appearance and your enjoyment of change
