R&D Engineer

Your tasks ###

• Support the development and continuous optimization of our machine tools.
• Conduct analyses, tests, and root cause analyses to solve complex technical issues.
• Optimization of machine concepts, CNC controls, and drive systems with regard to performance, dynamics, and reliability.
• Further development and validation of machining processes, CAM functions, and new technologies.
• Technical support for interdisciplinary development teams as well as the development of sound solutions for product and customer requirements.

Your profile ###

• Degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, systems engineering, automation technology, or a comparable field of study.
• Experience in the development, analysis, or optimization of technical systems; knowledge in CNC, CAM, or control technology is an advantage.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with a hands-on mentality.
• Team-oriented personality with high initiative and enthusiasm for innovative technologies.
• Very good German and English skills as well as willingness to travel of up to 30 %.
