For our location in Bern with 140 employees, we are looking for a qualified dipl. Informatiker / IT-Techniker HF/TS as a System Administrator. Field of activity

After a thorough introduction to our service business and our infrastructure, you will ensure support for the IT infrastructure (Desktop/Office, Server, ProxMox, CAx systems, development environments for laboratories, communication) at the Bern location in cooperation with our Central IT in Zürich and our employees at the location. The focuses of your diverse activities are:

• Support for users (software developers, engineers, management team)
• Installation of standard applications via SCCM and management of installations and licenses for specialist applications
• Independent and flexible processing of problems and malfunctions
• Budgeting, evaluation, procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware/software used in the office, laboratory, and meeting rooms
• Ensuring the operation of the productive IT infrastructure (ProxMox, clients, servers, telephone system), including maintenance work during off-peak hours
• Local IT support Level 1 and 2 including backup, restore, and archiving
• Cooperation and communication with the Central IT in Zürich (Level 3) and with other business centers of Helbling Technik
• Optional participation in projects (testing or documentation for product developments)

The services are certified according to IT-SLA and ISO

Requirement

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an Informatiker EFZ and have since further trained as a Dipl. IT-Techniker-HF/TS as a System Administrator in the field of "IT infrastructure" or are currently in training.
• You bring in-depth IT knowledge in Windows 11, Office 365, and Linux, as well as possibly CAx software or development tools (Visual Studio, Jira, Confluence, GIT etc.).
