• You operate, set up, and monitor our modern plants and ensure a smooth production process.
• You ensure compliance with our quality, hygiene, safety, and environmental standards according to Emmi Prozess Management (EPM).
• You perform quality controls and guarantee the high quality of our products.
• You identify and rectify disturbances in the production process and support the optimization of the plants and processes.
• You clean and maintain the production plants as well as the working environment and control the production orders.

This is what you bring with you ##

• Ideally, you have completed vocational training as an Anlagenführer:in EFZ or in a technical or food-related field.
• You bring experience from a production plant, ideally from the food industry.
• You have technical understanding and enjoy operating and setting up production plants.
• You are willing to work in 2- to 3-shift operations.
• You communicate confidently in German (at least level B1/B2) and convince through your reliable and team-oriented way of working.
