Your tasks:

• Technical support of the branch and assistance with offers
• Advising and supporting customers with technical questions and problems
• Creation of offers, project planning, and calculations
• Organization of workflows in workshop production
• Scheduling and quality assurance in plant engineering (with Fischer Kernen)
• Compliance with standards, regulations, and pressure equipment rules in your own area
• Collaboration in product development and new concepts
• Observation of new technologies and their implementation
• Participation in professional organizations as well as support with lectures and training
• Implementation of processes according to ISO 9001

Your profile:

• Completed training as a refrigeration system fitter EFZ, refrigeration technician, or comparable qualification
• HF qualification in the field of refrigeration or air conditioning technology is an advantage
• High reliability, initiative, and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Sound technical understanding and solution-oriented mindset
• Independent and structured way of working with a hands-on mentality
• Service, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems
• Commissioning as well as technical support on site
• Analysis, consulting, and development of customer-specific solutions
