In this versatile function, you will take on professional responsibility for the housekeeping area and ensure, together with your team, that our clients are supported reliably, professionally, and with much appreciation.

• You provide orientation: You further develop standards and workflows and ensure that quality, hygiene, and safety are lived in everyday life.
• You are there for your team: You provide professional guidance to employees, support in demanding situations, and ensure a good and structured induction of new colleagues.
• You keep our clients in view: You help to recognize the need for support and find solutions that promote independence and personal resources.
• You drive things forward: You recognize potential for improvement, develop good solutions together with others, and actively contribute to the further development of housekeeping.
• You work in a networked manner: You are in exchange with team leaders, nursing, deployment planning, and administration and ensure that the different areas work well together.

What you bring with you

You have experience and specialist knowledge in housekeeping, enjoy working independently and organized, and enjoy providing professional guidance to other people. You communicate clearly and appreciatively, have a good awareness of quality and hygiene, and want to actively help shape your area.

Training as a Fachfrau/Fachmann Hauswirtschaft EFZ or a comparable qualification is an advantage. Experience in the healthcare sector or in Spitex is welcome. Good German skills in speaking and writing, and a driver's license of category B round off your profile.
