HR Business Partner m/f/d

Introduction

For an established company in the Thun region, we are looking for an experienced personality as an HR Business Partner, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Advising and supporting managers in all HR topics
• Support with labor law issues
• Participation in HR projects as well as further development of processes
• Support in the areas of personnel development and HR controlling
• Active co-design of modern HR solutions and change processes

Profile

• Further training as a specialist in human resources with a federal diploma or comparable higher HR education (CAS, MAS, EMBA)
• Alternatively, a degree in business administration with a focus on Human Resources
• Several years of experience in HR
• Sound knowledge of labor law and operative HR processes
• Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working
• High willingness to learn and enjoyment of changes
• Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
