Architect 60-100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Direct and organize the technical and administrative management of construction sites
• Design and produce execution plans as well as technical details
• Conduct feasibility studies to optimize each project
• Manage calls for tender, quotes and submissions with rigor
• Ensure the follow-up of building permit applications
• Guarantee compliance with deadlines and budgets with precision

Profile

• HES degree in architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in site management
• Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in a team and to communicate effectively
• Perfect mastery of French, other languages welcome
• Driving license indispensable
