For our Décolletage department at our Delémont site, we are looking for the following profile: CNC Tooling and Pre-setting Specialist (M/F) ------------------------------------------------ Your mission ------------- At the heart of production, you guarantee the availability and compliance of the tooling intended for our CNC turning machines. Thanks to the ZOLLER pre-setting bench and your technical expertise, you contribute directly to the performance, quality and reliability of our manufacturing processes. You also participate in the continuous optimization of tooling management, technical data and stocks in order to improve the efficiency of the workshop. Your responsibilities -------------------- * Prepare and pre-set the tooling intended for CNC turning machines according to defined standards. * Ensure the preparation, upkeep, maintenance and return to compliance of cutting tools and associated equipment. * Perform the disassembly, inspection and refurbishment of tooling returned from production. * Guarantee the availability of cutting consumables and ensure optimal stock management. * Maintain up-to-date tooling data in the dedicated computer systems. * Create and codify new tooling items in the ERP. * Collaborate closely with cell managers, turners and support services in order to provide tooling solutions adapted to production needs. * Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing tooling performance and technical data management. Your profile ------------ * Technical training in the field of mechanics (production mech, polytech, mech or equivalent training). * Experience in the preparation, management or optimization of production tooling. * Excellent knowledge of cutting tools, CNC machining, blueprint reading and control methods. * Good knowledge of material removal processes in turning and/or milling. * Proficiency with IT tools (ERP, MES, Microsoft Office); experience on a ZOLLER pre-setting bench is a real asset. * Rigorous, methodical and organized person, capable of working independently while promoting collaboration with production teams. * Initiative, sense of service, good communication and solution orientation. * Ability to manage priorities in a demanding industrial environment. * shift schedules (28) LEMO SA * LEMO SA Champs-Courbes 28 1024 Ecublens * [ ](< >) jpid5e5d6d5jm jpit1041jm jpiy26jm
