The following challenges await you: Specialist construction management facade: Compliance with and securing quality standards, controlling subcontractors with regard to technically and contractually correct as well as resource-efficient implementation, supporting our project management throughout Switzerland Planning / consulting: Technical support for our internal planning departments, coordination and networking of internal specialists, development of intelligent detailed solutions Tenders: Creating estimates, fee offers with forecasts and contracts Awards: Offer reviews, negotiation and awarding of contracts to partner companies Our Requirements To tackle these comprehensive tasks, you should ideally bring the following skills: Successful apprenticeship as a polybuilder EFZ, metal builder EFZ or similar Several years of experience in the field of building envelope/facade construction mandatory Further training as a building envelope planner HFP, construction manager building envelope, building envelope or similar desirable Negotiation-secure German language skills (at least C1, in word and writing) Knowledge of wood construction methods desirable Good knowledge of building guidelines and norms Negotiation skills and competence in developing solutions Professionally communicating, team-capable, flexible Good knowledge of MS Office and openness to digital working methods Driver's license category B for nationwide deployments, to take on specialist construction management tasks for about 40% of working time Willingness to get hands-on on the construction site if needed Have we sparked your interest in taking on this important key function at the established total provider with a focus on high-quality wood, industrial and commercial construction with high commitment and enthusiasm?
