What you achieve daily • You expand Assura's customer base by targeting new customers. You actively contribute to the planning and implementation of sales measures - tailored to your goals and the goals of your team. • You have an open ear for the expectations of our customers and understand their needs. This way, you develop tailored solutions and build sustainable, trusting relationships. • You keep an overview of all customer contacts as well as administrative processes and ensure a first-class customer experience from the start. Thanks to your organizational talent and your fine sense of interpersonal relationships, customers feel comfortable with you. • You master your professional day with the support of your supervisor and in close collaboration with your team. You receive comprehensive training with VBV certification, so you can approach your tasks competently and securely, which will contribute to the satisfaction of our customers. What you bring to the team • You have successfully completed your basic training. Further training, e.g. with the VBV certificate, is an advantage. • You are service-oriented, enthusiastic about sales or already have initial sales experience. • You distinguish yourself through integrity and professional appearance and convince with strong communication and entrepreneurial work. • You are mobile and use your own vehicle for customer appointments. You appreciate the flexibility to design your working day independently.
