In this role, you will actively drive the further development of assembly and logistics processes in our High-Speed Division. As Process Engineer Assembly & Logistics, you will design, standardize, and optimize manufacturing processes along the value chain. You will take responsibility for processes and create the foundation for stable and efficient series production of high-performance turbochargers. In doing so, you combine classic production planning with Lean Management, digitalization, and data-driven process improvement. You do not only design processes on the shop floor, but also ensure that these are cleanly, transparently, and scalably represented in our digital systems such as SAP and MES. You work closely with production, logistics, quality, engineering, and IT and make a significant contribution to the continuous development of our manufacturing. Your tasks: Responsibility for the development and industrialization of assembly and logistics processes up to stable series production Ensuring standardized, transparent, and scalable processes as well as their representation in SAP and MES Identification and implementation of Lean, automation, and digitalization potential along the value chain Ensuring robust and high-performance production processes through PFMEA, process approvals, quality improvements, and structured process analyses Close cooperation with assembly, quality, logistics, engineering, and IT to further develop a modern manufacturing landscape Your profile: Technical basic training with further education at HF or FH level Experience in the areas of production planning, production technology, AVOR, Industrial Engineering, or Process Engineering Enthusiasm for production systems, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement Enjoyment in understanding, designing, and sustainably developing processes holistically Experience in the system-side representation of production processes in SAP and MES as well as very good knowledge in SAP PP/MM and MES systems Strong analytical thinking skills and a confident handling of data, key figures, and complex relationships Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation and direct exchange with production Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working with high implementation orientation Very good German skills as well as good English skills Your benefits: Large scope for design to bring in innovative ideas and implement them sustainably Work in a committed, collegial team with short decision-making paths and high personal responsibility Attractive compensation and additional benefits Employee support program Global parental leave program Flexible working models We look forward to your application (preferably in English).
