Our experienced trainer will accompany and support you throughout your training. The Tertianum Schloss Berg family residential and care center, with its 45 care beds, offers a warm home to people in their fourth age. The castle is located in the heart of a large park with a chapel, paths, and a pond. The station is accessible in 10 minutes on foot. We, at Schloss Berg, are looking for 1 August 2027 an apprenticeship as a CFC assistant in community nursing and health What you will learn with us • Care, accompaniment, and support of residents in daily and demanding situations • Assistance with personal hygiene, getting up, dressing, eating, and hydration • Medico-technical acts such as taking blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, blood sampling, changing dressings, and much more • Daily accompaniment of residents with games, crafts, singing, etc. • Electronic documentation of care • Household, administrative, and logistical tasks • Respect and application of hygiene and safety rules What you bring • Completed school education (secondary school A or B) with good academic performance • Great willingness to learn and sense of responsibility • Empathy and patience as well as interest in contact with our residents • Spirit of mutual aid, sociability, and team spirit, with a strong sense of care and seriousness • Warm and humorous attitude • Joy in taking on varied challenges and performing practical work • Good command of German, both spoken and written Your advantages We offer a wide range of advantages, for example: • SBB half-fare card • Discounts at Sunrise • Alpamare discounts • Fitness discounts • Insurance discounts • Regular team events Your training begins with an exciting introductory day.
