The Hochschule Luzern – Rektorat und Hochschuldienste supports the six departments of Technik & Architektur, Wirtschaft, Informatik, Soziale Arbeit, Design Film Kunst as well as Musik in university operations with its departments and organizes and participates diversely. With this newly created function within our HR department, we are specifically expanding our HR Analytics & HR Controlling. Meaningful analyses and key figures create transparency and support HR, managers, and management in well-founded personnel-relevant decisions. For this versatile and responsible task, we are looking for you as Specialist HR Analytics & HR Controlling Your tasks You are responsible for the establishment and further development of our HR KPI architecture, thereby creating the basis for data-based steering of personnel management. With meaningful dashboards, reports, and analyses, you create transparency for HR, managers, and management. Through the analysis and interpretation of HR data, you recognize trends and risks and derive well-founded decision bases for personnel-relevant issues. You support the planning, steering, and monitoring of the personnel budget. Together with the Controlling specialists of the departments, you accompany the personnel, headcount, and cost planning as well as forecast and closing processes. In doing so, you analyze personnel costs, further develop HR Controlling, and ensure high data quality. You continuously develop our HR Analytics and reporting solutions and automate reporting and analysis processes. You participate in the establishment of an HR data glossary as well as in the further development of Data Governance. In exchange with the finance department, IT, and other internal stakeholders, you optimize HR processes from a data perspective and actively help shape cross-departmental cooperation. Finally, you ensure compliance with data protection requirements in HR reporting. Your profile You have a university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Statistics, or a comparable field of study. You bring several years of professional experience in the field of HR Controlling, HR Analytics, or People Analytics. Sound knowledge of Excel as well as BI tools (e.g., Tableau) distinguishes you as well as experience in handling HR systems such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or comparable solutions. You have experience in the automation of reporting processes and are interested in the use of AI-supported solutions. Analytical and networked thinking as well as a high affinity for numbers and data characterize you. You prepare complex issues understandably and attractively and communicate them in a target-group-oriented manner to different stakeholders. You work in a structured, independent, and precise manner and bring initiative as well as joy in cross-departmental cooperation. You enjoy recognizing connections, further developing data-based solutions, and making a contribution to well-founded personnel decisions with your work.
