• Lead the team in landscaping technically and personally
• Create and renovate medium-sized to large garden facilities
• Read construction plans, implement them, and check their execution
• Realize paving, as well as wall and privacy structures
• Safely operate construction machinery such as excavators and wheel loaders
• Requirements
• Apprenticeship as a gardener EFZ in landscaping
• Leadership experience as a foreman counts as a plus
• Good oral and written German skills
• Driving license category B including trailer
• Readiness for personal and professional development
