Job Description ##

We are looking for a Data Analyst (M/F) whose main mission will be the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data in order to develop the indicators that will allow for the improvement of the steering of actions for the Management (Supply Chain) department of the site, but also a strong contribution to other departments.

Activities

• Actively contribute to various site initiatives by establishing key indicators.
• Retrieve and then process data from various sources such as ERP, PLM, MES, LES, or directly from equipment
• Present analyzed results using data visualization tools to facilitate understanding
• Understand Business issues and translate them analytically
• Collaborate with the IT department to automate the processing of data flows
• Optimize existing analysis and steering tools
• Maintain active technological monitoring of new data analysis tools and methods
• Multi-site collaboration with all Rolex data within the Reporting network

Profile

• HES, EPF engineering degree in Data, computer science, or equivalent
• Knowledge of data processing and analysis tools (Python, SQL, Dataiku, Tableau PREP, Snowflake), visualization (TABLEAU), and databases
• Strong organizational skills and autonomy
• Essential ability to popularize complex information and ability to adapt to different interlocutors
• Interpersonal skills, listening, synthesis ability
