The Heilpädagogisches Zentrum Glarnerland with the location Oberurnen offers education, support, and a second home to children and adolescents with a disability from the age of 4 to 18.

Team Leader in the Living Area 80%

Your tasks:

• You lead and develop a dedicated team of four people.
• You accompany children and adolescents in their everyday life.
• You create a stable, appreciative, and supportive environment.
• You actively develop the living area further.
• You shape the pedagogical everyday life with heart, expertise, and humor.

What you bring with you:

• Training in social pedagogy or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience as well as leadership experience
• Independent, reliable, and appreciative way of working
• Joy in working with children and adolescents
• Readiness for irregular working hours and weekend shifts - no night shifts
