Our Reha-Pflegepool supports various rehabilitation facilities and specialist departments during personnel shortages, increased nursing and care requirements, as well as in demanding nursing situations. In doing so, you make an important contribution to the professional care and support of patients during their rehabilitation process.

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a dipl. Nursing Professional (for foreign persons with corresponding SRK recognition)
• Professional experience in rehabilitation or in a comparable acute or nursing area
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Resilience and high social competence

Tasks ##

• Implementation and monitoring of nursing and medical measures within the scope of your own competencies
• Promotion of independence, mobility and everyday skills of the patients
• Observation of the health status as well as early recognition of changes
• Ensuring complete and professional nursing documentation as well as a structured exchange of information
