Together with experienced colleagues, you will ensure smooth 1st- and 2nd-level support for LGT Bank Schweiz. In our multilingual working environment, you will undertake the following tasks: Your challenges: You support our internal customers by telephone, remotely or directly on-site You receive user inquiries, analyze problems and develop suitable solutions independently or in cooperation with internal specialist departments You process support cases efficiently and contribute to sustainable solution finding You are willing to travel within Switzerland and support our locations as required Your profile We are looking for a motivated personality with a high service orientation and IT technical know-how. You bring the following qualifications: Initial experience in IT support or IT helpdesk is an advantage Sound knowledge in the areas of IT hardware, Microsoft 365, Windows 11, MS Office applications, MS Teams as well as Apple devices and the iOS environment.
