Specialist for Care and Training Function

We are looking for one of our clients for a specialist for care and training function

Your tasks:

• You master challenging care situations routinely and offer our residents a high-quality care and support
• As a contact person, you are significantly involved in shaping the care process. However, you place at least the same value on care and milieu therapeutic aspects
• As an experienced specialist, you motivate and accompany our trainees until the qualification procedure

Your strengths:

• You have completed training as a specialist for care and have experience in the field of long-term care.
• You have completed the trainer course and have successfully obtained the SVEB1 certificate, or are willing to do so.
• You have social skills and work independently, and have fun working in a self-organized team.
