Under the responsibility of the IT manager, you will intervene on the entire IT perimeter of the administration. Thus, you will be in charge of: ensuring reactive support and accompaniment for the entire administration; ensuring the management of the IT fleet and the life cycle of equipment; installing, configuring and maintaining workstations and telephony, peripherals in all services of the administration; contributing to the management and evolution of the digital work environment (M365); advising, guiding and training users on digital tools; participating in IT and digital projects in collaboration with internal and external partners; contributing to the documentation and continuous optimization of the service's practices.
