For our Asset-related Contracts team at the headquarters in Aarau, we are looking for an autonomous and committed person, combining technical understanding, negotiation skills, and a pleasure of collaborating. Together with our partners, you design and develop our installation contracts, thereby creating important bases for the safe operation of our electrical infrastructure. Contract Manager for installation contracts (80-100%) - 1622 Ensure electricity in Switzerland In this role, you define the contractual bases for the safe and reliable operation of our substations and lines. You prepare and negotiate installation contracts with our partners and ensure that ownership, use, operation, maintenance, and costs are clearly and practically settled. You combine technical, legal, and economic issues and coordinate collaboration between internal departments and external partners. Your tasks include: • Drafting, negotiating, and continuously developing installation contracts for substations and lines, including the associated technical annexes • Developing clear rules regarding ownership and use, operation and maintenance, cost allocation, as well as the exchange of signals, measured values, and other operationally relevant information • Managing the entire contractual process from initiation to internal and external coordination, validation, signature, and archiving • Coordinating collaboration with project management, grid maintenance management, engineering, the legal department, and other departments as well as with distribution grid operators, power plant companies, and other sector partners Here is what makes your difference You convince through a structured and solution-oriented way of working and maintain an overview even in complex matters.
