Your tasks

• You ensure the maintenance and value preservation of the properties of Rigi Bahnen on and around the Rigi.
• You search for and recognize malfunctions in building technology systems at an early stage and undertake initial interventions.
• You support the cleaning team with special tasks such as cleaning the depot windows.
• You support the Head of Facility Management with organizational and administrative activities as well as in cooperation with external service providers.

We expect

• Basic technical training: sanitary or heating fitter, facility management specialist, electrician
• Experience in the field of HLKKS (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, sanitary) as well as in the field of GLS (building automation system) is an advantage
• Good MS-365 knowledge
• Joy in contact with various stakeholders and a high service orientation
• Independent and reliable way of working with high quality awareness.
• (Strong solution orientation and creativity for diverse challenges)
• Very good German skills as well as basic knowledge of English
• Flexibility for on-call duties on weekends and public holidays
• Driver's license category B and own car is an advantage
