This position represents a key function within the workshop, with a central role in production organization, team support, and the improvement of manufacturing methods.

Job description ###

• Plan, organize and monitor daily production
• Supervise and support teams by providing technical support
• Be present on the ground and resolve issues related to machines, tooling, dies and manufacturing processes
• Design, test and implement jigs and tools to facilitate the work of the teams
• Optimize flows, workstations and manufacturing methods
• Create and maintain work instructions
• Analyze production times and identify areas for improvement
• Actively participate in the evolution and continuous improvement of the workshop

Profile ###

• Technical training: automation technician, electronics technician, ES technician or training deemed equivalent
• Confirmed experience in an industrial environment
• Experience in production organization and/or methods
• A hands-on person, pragmatic and oriented towards problem-solving
• Ability to unite and support teams
• Proficiency with IT tools and production management software
• Interest in designing concrete solutions: jigs, tooling and workstation improvement
