Your new position

• Responsibility for the architecture of digital banking channels (E Banking, Mobile Banking, client portal, etc.), knowledge of common frontend, API and security architectures
• Understanding of the customer lifecycle (onboarding, identification, advice, follow-up, offboarding) in order to translate this into robust and integrated business processes and IT solutions
• Design of solutions for output and layout processes (documents, contracts, forms, notifications), ensuring consistent customer communication across all channels
• Knowledge of integration models and technologies (APIs, events, files, real-time and batch interfaces) for a clean integration of solutions into the overall architecture as well as into core banking systems
• Close collaboration with business departments (digital banking, sales, marketing, operations, compliance), clear communication and ensuring that solutions are secure, compliant with regulations and customer-oriented

What we benefit from

• Several years of experience in the design and implementation of solutions in the field of digital banking (E-Banking, Mobile Banking, client portals) in a bank or a comparable regulated environment
• Knowledge of modern architecture and integration models (e.g. API and microservices architectures, event-driven architecture and identity and security models)
• Experience in designing end-to-end customer processes and in the structured translation of business department requirements into solution designs, including the ability to assess their technical feasibility and scalability in close collaboration with Product Owners
• Ideally experience with output and document solutions (document and layout systems, notifications, legally relevant customer communication), understanding of their regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of security, compliance and governance requirements in the banking sector and their implementation in the architecture
• Bachelor or Master from a university or university of applied sciences in a relevant field of study
