Your tasks Support and advise end-users on technical questions and change requests, including independent end-to-end processing in 1st & 2nd level support Receive, analyze, and resolve error messages, as well as forward more complex cases to 2nd level support Manage user and access permissions, create and maintain technical documentation Record, classify, prioritize, and assign tickets while maintaining the required quality standards Process orders and competently advise users on ICT working tools Your profile Completed IT training or career changer with high IT affinity In-depth experience in the service desk and IT support Experienced in IT service management Secure handling of M365 and common ticketing systems Impeccable reputation required Very good German language skills (level C2) as well as Italian and French language skills (at least level B2) are required Your opportunity Individual development and further training opportunities Flexible and modern working environment Pleasant team culture and appreciative working climate GA subscription Details about this position Entry possible from September 2026 Location: Bern area Temporary unlimited employment relationship Full-time position 100%
