For a construction management company with locations in Zürich, St. Gallen and Basel, we are looking for:

Construction Manager

You enjoy the realization and independent management of demanding renovation and new construction projects. From planning to execution to commissioning, as a construction manager, you are the direct contact person for the clients. You take responsibility for the tendering and awarding process, scheduling, as well as the coordination of the entire construction process and always keep costs under control.

Your Profile

• Many years of experience in the realization and independent management of demanding renovation and new construction projects
• Completed training in the construction industry or as a construction manager or architect
• Enjoyment in collaborating with architects, planners and clients
• Reliability, negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Passionate team player who likes to contribute to an innovative team
