As Head Asset Management Operations Services, you are responsible for the operational excellence of our Operations organization. You ensure a stable, efficient, and regulatorily compliant operation and effectively drive transformation and optimization initiatives.

What you achieve ##

• Leadership and further development of the Asset Management Operations teams
• Overall responsibility for efficient, stable, and regulatorily compliant Operations Services
• Steering of KPIs, service levels, risks, and controls
• Governance and management of external service providers, custodian banks, and brokers
• Further development, standardization, and automation of operations processes; management of transformation and change initiatives
• Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders as well as reporting to senior management

What you bring ##

• University degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or comparable training; additional professional qualifications are an advantage
• Several years of leadership and management experience in the Asset Management Operations environment
• Sound knowledge of Asset Management Operations, operational risks, controls, and regulatory requirements
• Proven success in transformation, digitalization, and automation
• Experience in the management of external service providers and complex stakeholder structures
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and communicative skills
• Inspiring leadership personality with high implementation strength, entrepreneurial thinking, and change competence
